Using the current event where the Westboro Baptist Preacher (WBP) publicly called Taylor Swift a whore, the point is driven home: not one particle of boasting can enter in. This boasting is a substitution of the works of the law and/or emotions for the finished work of Jesus Christ. As illustrated on the board, the rope (Christ's shed blood) is what the most vile sinner and the most moral person MUST grab hold of to be saved. VF-1879 Romans 3:27
