We are God's workmanship. That includes those who may feel they are outside of the favored group, like Hagar or the woman at the well. The God who sees is the God who is watching, who cares, and who knows all about us, and He is not done working on us individually or collectively. On this Father's Day, we remember our heavenly Father, who loves us unconditionally and with great mercy and longsuffering.
